d.voorheis designs is a woman-owned design studio based in raleigh, nc, dedicated to creating true-to-you brand design and consultation.
Local to the Triangle but the graduate of a liberal arts college in MD, I wanted to focus all the diverse experiences I had during my years of school - through extensive travel and pursuing most opportunities that came onto my path - into a company of my own, centered around what I really love to do: connect.
With an academic background in Communication and Spanish and professional experience in just about every type of company (start-up to non-profit to corporate + beyond) I consider myself well equipped to create more than just a brand for you - together, we can propel you to the next stage of your business with the right tools to equip you for success.
THE STORY || (MY “WHY”)
Owning my company is an idea that lingered in my imagination for years, but really took off during my freelancing years when I determined that there was a real need for business owners to be able to communicate their identities authentically + consistently - not just beautifully.
Striking the balance between intrigue in your product/service and being relatable to your client-base as a brand can be challenging, but it IS possible!
When I connect with other business owners through my work so that they, in turn, can truly connect with their audience, is why I do what I do.
WHO DO I WORK WITH?
The companies I work with want to engage with their audience not just more, but better. Better interactions, better brand perception - and a stronger overall impact + ROI. They want to grow their brand beyond the image that's expected in their industry, and (re)discover that passion that launched their company initially - but don't always know what that should look like.

+ Travel // 15 countries + counting! Started with my semester abroad living in Spain. Focused more recently on exploring the good ol’ US of A.
